This program is targeted to begin in January of 2008 with enrollment taking place the 4th quarter of 2007. At that time more detailed information on the program will be posted to this site.

Member Requirements

• Age 5 and up by January 1 of the membership year
• Under contract with a martial arts school at the time of application
• Must agree to participate in a minimum of 2 MASD sponsored fund raisers
• Members 13 and under and those physically unable to participate in fund raisers may assign an surrogate to fulfill, or help them fulfill, the minimum fund raiser requirement

How to Apply for Membership

• Complete the Martial Arts Booster Club Application form
• Include proof of identification (e.g. birth certificate, drivers license copy)
• Include your contract with your current martial arts school
